Please pray for my brother Mick. He has been sick for a while and had some tests run. We found out he has adrenal cancer. The doctor in Madison said they could not do the surgery for a month. We had a lot of prayers going out for him. Today he got a call from the hospital and they were able to get him in for next week! We just pray the cancer is contained to one area and did not spread. We pray that God will guide the doctor through the surgery. We pray God will give my brother strenght in the weeks ahead.
This is not going to be my usual musings on philosophy of ministry or attempting to wax eloquence on theology. This is entry is simply going to be an invitation, more specifically an invitation to prayer. I have been feeling personally convicted that my prayer life needs a boost. There are a few of us on staff that lead a time slot called "Prayer Watch" that is open to anyone who wishes to simply pray.
